We want you to be happy with your project. This policy explains how refunds work. If your signed proposal or agreement says something different, the agreement applies.

Free Consultations

Consultations and quotes are free. You are never charged for asking.

Website Design & Development Projects

• Before work begins: if you cancel before we start work, any deposit is refunded in full.
• After work begins: deposits cover time already spent and are not refundable once design work has started. Any amount paid beyond the work completed will be refunded.
• After launch: fees for completed and approved work are not refundable.

Monthly Services (SEO, Ads Management, Maintenance)

• You can cancel at any time before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges.
• Months already billed are not refunded.
• Ad spend paid to platforms such as Google or Meta goes directly to those platforms and is not refundable by Scale Digital.

No Guaranteed Results

Rankings, traffic, leads, and revenue depend on many factors outside our control. Refunds are not given because specific results were not reached.

How to Request a Refund

Email thescaleddigital@gmail.com with your name, business name, and the reason for your request. We will reply within 5 business days, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
